Eden Wells

EDEN
VISION

Eden is a new residential community on the edge of one of Adelaide’s heritage secrets, the historic township of Two Wells.

While the town’s classic streetscape of buildings and cottages dates back to the 1850s, this region is emerging like never before.
Eden’s surrounding rural environment and heritage is respected in a modern development that combines the best design principles with sustainable practices. Recipient of a planning award, water sensitive urban design ensures storm water is captured from streets and green corridors for reuse in parks and reserves.
This unrivalled location represents a rare opportunity to build a new home on a generous block in a natural environment with all the benefits of educational, sport and cultural amenities nearby.
Eden’s refreshingly wide, open spaces manage to offer privacy without sacrificing a sense of neighbourhood.

A proposed Catholic School is expected to be open in 2021. It will be a major draw card for families and will add to the existing education and childcare facilities.

When we set out to design Eden we wanted to capture in a contemporary way the essence of pride that the Two Wells community is known for . We believe that the Eden masterplan delivers on this through creating a sense of place with its grand entrance and a beautiful wide tree-lined avenue that leads to a central park providing the centre piece for a variety of housing options.

Urban Designer
I set out to create a beautiful landscape environment that pays homage to the local rural landscape and historic Two Wells town. You will know you’ve arrived at Eden when you drive over the cobblestone-style entry and past the limestone wall and orchard. The beautiful reserves, linear parks, wetlands and main central park features a playground with a theme of natural play.
